Personal training packages are booked twice a week. You decide how many months you would like to sign up for and the sessions are booked based off of your schedule. You and your personal trainer will create a plan to unlock the results you want.

We pride ourselves on having only incredibly high-caliber trainers available at reasonable and affordable rates.
2-ON-1 PARTNER GROUP TRAINING
Team up with a buddy or partner and share a personal training session. Not only do you get to share in the cost of the session, but it is a great way to keep each other on track and motivated. Weekly or Monthly payments available.

*If only one can make it for a session an extra $15 will be charged for that time.
