The gym equipment includes free weight, strength and circuit machines, cardio and fitness accessories. It has two floors, an outdoor two change rooms, bathrooms, and a walk-in shower.

Intrinsic is open 24/7, has a secure door which only allows key FOB entry, free weekly small group training with a personal trainer, highly educated personal trainers that offer one-on-one, partner and group training and constant online programs/ challenges that are available to members and non/ members.

Intrinsic Fitness has lots of training options available. Personal Training is offered in a one-on-one format lead by a certified personal trainer, providing a very personalized experience. Two-on-one training is similar to personal training, only it’s more fun as you bring a friend, share the cost, and keep each other motivated. Daily Classes include 8-10 people max and provide accountability and an energy-filled atmosphere that keeps you motivated.

Yes, we do! Making healthy happen should be as easy as possible and the option to take a quick shower after a workout is sometimes the difference between “I can work out” and “I can’t work out.” Our club has showers and bathrooms, indoor/outdoor security and free parking.

Intrinsic is open 24/7, has a secure door which only allows key FOB entry.

The gym attracts a wide variety of people. The ages range from 17-97, all genders and no specific fitness level.

We offer Wifi. Intrinsic Fitness has separate a Wifi password.
